The property was in a good location. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice. I love that they give you a list of restaurants in the area that come highly recommended.

I like that it's sits right In front of the trolly stop ao if I don't feel like driving or catching a Lyft I can easily catch one. The view is pretty good also. I like that the room was spacious for me and my companion can play games and have fun In The living room and go to bed in a separate room.. I thought that was pretty cool. Beside all that the hotel was great we both had a great stay.. it's in a good spot not to for from anything really. No matter if it's a restaurant or bourbon street everything is pretty much walkable .

We stayed for two nights and I have to give kudos to the staff Brandy, Titus, Tasia, and D'Shannon. There were all kinds of issues going on during those two days that involved a lot of their guest... one being the 2 elevators were out of service and how they were handled.They were professional even with guest that wasn't. They compensated for the inconvenience. They were knowledgeable of what was in the area to eat and see

Decorated nicely, clean, after an AC problem in our upgraded room, although we had to move rooms at 11 pm, young man on staff gladly upgraded us to another room in a short amount of time. He was very gracious and reminded us if we needed anything, to not hesitate to ask and checked on is later as well.

Very clean nice staff i would stay here again i love the area it's right on canal street it's where you will love to stay I'm from here and ill stay from time to time just to get away this hotel gives you that vacation feel makes me feel like I'm away on business

The location was superb, bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet at night. Check in and out was very quick and easy. The staff were friendly.

The staff were amazing and their recommendations were stellar. Cleaning by request was excellent. Location was far enough from the humdrum that it didn't bother our sleep, but close enough that it was very easy to walk to a store, or to bourbon street, with busses and the tram right outside.
